The room was too hot. i was on the top floor, and the heating was impossible to adjust. the temperature remained at twenty-five degrees. this was reported, but staff could not adjust it. I found this frustrating.

the location was acceptable, within walking distance of the main square.
My room was not the standard double room i booked. it was a dark attic room with a broken blind i had to pull down with a stick. there was also mold in the shower. It was not a great experience.

I enjoyed being close to everything. The short walk to the main square was very convenient! The breakfast had good quality items and reasonable variety. A packed breakfast was also provided for my early airport transfer.
The heating system had issues. It seemed to only be controlled from reception. Despite requesting adjustments, the room remained too cold .

The staff were very polite and helpful. They addressed requests quickly. The reception offered extra coffee upon request. I appreciated that they found solutions for all my needs.

The hotel IS on a pretty quiet street, it's very restful. The city center sights are easily accessible by walking. There are bus stops and a variety of restaurants very close to THE hotel.
