charming stay in the heart of everything!

helpful staff nespresso machine safe wardrobe
The hotel staff was helpful and polite. my room included a nespresso machine, which i used daily. the complimentary toiletries smelled lovely. They provided a nice touch. there was also a safe in the wardrobe, giving me peace of mind for my valuables.
the room lacked sufficient sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable early in the morning.

Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options. They included scrambled eggs, sausages, fresh fruit, and pastries. i appreciated the availability of lactose-free milk and gluten-free bread. coffee and tea were self-service.

the hotel offered free wifi throughout the premises. the reception desk was staffed 24/7, very convenient. luggage storage was available before check-in and after check-out. i noticed a small business center with a computer and printer.

the staff was helpful. the room was clean, a superior double room. the included breakfast offered many choices. i found the hotel's location very convenient, it was close to everything!!!
the elevator was somewhat slow.

high temperature heating control
The room was too hot. i was on the top floor, and the heating was impossible to adjust. the temperature remained at twenty-five degrees. this was reported, but staff could not adjust it. I found this frustrating.

the location was acceptable, within walking distance of the main square.
My room was not the standard double room i booked. it was a dark attic room with a broken blind i had to pull down with a stick. there was also mold in the shower. It was not a great experience.

central location, great value

central location reasonable variety
I enjoyed being close to everything. The short walk to the main square was very convenient! The breakfast had good quality items and reasonable variety. A packed breakfast was also provided for my early airport transfer.
The heating system had issues. It seemed to only be controlled from reception. Despite requesting adjustments, the room remained too cold .

The hotel IS on a pretty quiet street, it's very restful. The city center sights are easily accessible by walking. There are bus stops and a variety of restaurants very close to THE hotel.
